Water/Sewer Billing is responsible for monthly billing and collections for the City's more than 2,000 utility customers. The city provides water, and sanitary sewer services. Meters are read in the middle of each month. Bills are then printed and mailed so that they are received by the 1st of the following month. If reporting a water or sewer emergency after 5 PM, please call the Municipal Center at 440-286-2600 (Option 1).
