Purpose
The City's Planning Commission acts on lot splits, commercial and industrial site plans, conditional uses, and variances. In addition, it investigates, conducts hearings, prepares reports and makes recommendations to Council on amendments to the Planning and Zoning Code and the Official Zoning District Map.
